Payment Policy

Submitting an order does not charge you. Your order is received and reviewed by our team first, and its status will show as awaiting payment.

After review, we email you a secure payment link generated by our payment provider for the exact total of your order. The link is tied to your order reference and amount.

Payment is completed on the payment provider's secure pages. We never ask for card details by email or over the phone.

Payment links can expire, and payments can fail for reasons set by your bank or the provider. If that happens, contact us and we will issue a new link for the same order.

An order is only marked as paid after our payment provider confirms a successful transaction. We never mark an order paid before that confirmation.

Orders and payment links are issued in US dollars.
