Orders are reviewed by our team before a payment link is issued. Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared for dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown in your order summary before you submit your order. The same amount appears on your payment link.

Delivery timing depends on the destination, the items ordered and the carrier. The expected timing for your order is confirmed with your payment link, and you can always ask us for an update by email.

When a tracking number is available we send it to the email address on your order and display it on your order status page.

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference number.
