Terms & Conditions

ZENVORA VENTURES sells modern gadgets, electronics and technology accessories online. You can reach us at admin@zenvoraventures.shop or +1 2765912863.

Submitting an order is a request to buy. Your order is received and reviewed by our team, and it becomes binding once payment has been confirmed by our payment provider.

You will receive an order reference number by email as soon as your order is submitted.

Prices are shown in US dollars. All product prices and order totals are recalculated by our store when an order is submitted, and the amount shown on your order confirmation is the amount that will be requested on your payment link.

If a price or total is displayed incorrectly we may contact you before payment to confirm or cancel the order.

We do not charge your card when you submit an order. After review, we email you a secure payment link from our payment provider. Orders remain in an awaiting payment state until the provider confirms the transaction.

Availability is shown on each product page and can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the affected item.

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details, and keep your order reference number. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied to us.

Orders that appear fraudulent or abusive may be cancelled.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
